Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled before shipment. Contact us immediately at contact@barqatelixirs.com.

• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

2. Returns & Refunds

• Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of attars.

• If a product is damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with images for verification.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Discovery kits, used products, and gift packs are non-refundable.
